Caroline Johnson is responsible for litigation support, office administration, and coordination of paid claims data analyses.
She assists the firm’s attorneys in all phases of the litigation process, from the initiation of a case, discovery, through trial and post-trial findings. She has extensive experience in both private and public sector matters. Her experience includes assisting in multiple trials in both State and Federal court. She has a wide range of experience in e-discovery litigation, arbitration, mediation and appeals. Typically our cases last many years and she has worked closely with co-counsel and clients in reviewing documents and identifying materials and facts which have proven instrumental to successful results.
Caroline is also responsible for the day-to-day operation and management of Pierce LLC. She oversees office management, including administrative policies and procedures, accounting management, information technology, insurance and facility management. She is responsible for hiring of the firm’s office staff.
